Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 | Arrival in Leh – Gateway to the Land of High Passes
Upon arrival in Leh, our team will greet and assist you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for
acclimatization to the high altitudes of Ladakh. Take the opportunity to unwind, soaking in the
serene beauty of Leh. A leisurely walk in the evening will offer you the perfect chance to experience
the tranquil vibes of the region. Conclude your first day with a cozy overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 02 | Leh – Sham Valley – Alchi – Lamayuru – Kargil (215 km, 6–7 hours)
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Kargil. First, explore the spiritual Pathar Sahib
Gurudwara, then experience the mysterious Magnetic Hill phenomenon. Marvel at the confluence of
the Indus and Zanskar Rivers at Sangam. Continue your journey to the historic Alchi Monastery,
followed by a visit to the lunar landscapes surrounding Lamayuru Monastery. Arrive in Kargil by
evening for an overnight stay.
Day 03 | Kargil – Drass – Leh (320 km, 8–9 hours)
After an early breakfast, head towards Drass to visit the poignant Kargil War Memorial. On your way
back to Leh, stop at the Mulbekh Monastery, a significant cultural site. Arrive in Leh by evening for a
relaxing overnight stay.
Day 04 | Leh Local Sightseeing – The Cultural Heartbeat
Spend the day discovering the cultural gems of Leh. Explore the Hall of Fame to learn about the
region's rich history, visit the serene Shanti Stupa, and admire the Leh Palace. Wander through the
vibrant Leh Market to experience the local life. Return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Day 05 | Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardungla (160 km, 4–5 hours)
Start your day with an exhilarating drive over the Khardungla Pass, the world's highest motorable
road. As you descend into the enchanting Nubra Valley, visit the Diskit Monastery. Relish the
stunning landscapes and enjoy a relaxing dinner before settling in for an overnight stay.
Optional Activities include an ATV ride for ₹1,000 per person and a Camel Ride for ₹450 per person
(15 mins).
Day 06 | Hunder – Turtuk – Nubra (84 km, 3–4 hours)
After breakfast, embark on a journey to Turtuk, a charming village near the Indo-Pak border. Take a
leisurely stroll along the Shyok River, soaking in the picturesque views. Return to Nubra for a
peaceful overnight stay.
Day 07 | Nubra – Pangong Lake (180 km, 5–6 hours)
Depart early for the stunning Pangong Lake, known for its pristine waters and breathtaking
backdrop. Spend the evening at the lake, witnessing a magical sunset. Enjoy a comfortable stay at a
lakeside campsite, where you can unwind and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
Day 08 | Pangong Lake – Hanle (175 km, 6–7 hours)
After breakfast, set out for Hanle, crossing Chushul Village and Tsaga La Pass. Explore the Indian
Astronomical Observatory, one of the highest astronomical observatories in the world. Enjoy a
peaceful night at a local guesthouse in Hanle.
Day 09 | Hanle – Tso Moriri via Mahe Bridge (130 km, 4–5 hours)
Begin your journey to Tso Moriri Lake, crossing the picturesque Nurpa Pass and Mahe Bridge. Reach
Korzok Village by the late afternoon and take a serene walk along the shores of the stunning Tso
Moriri Lake. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay near this Ramsar wetland sanctuary.
Day 10 | Tso Moriri – Tsokar – Tanglang La – Leh (260 km, 8–9 hours)
After breakfast, drive back to Leh, passing through the beautiful Puga Valley and Tsokar Lake.
Continue your journey across the high-altitude Tanglang La Pass. Upon arrival in Leh, check into your
hotel for a restful night.
Day 11 | Departure – Farewell to the Land of Mystique
With hearts full of memories, bid adieu to the enchanting land of Ladakh. After breakfast, check out
of your hotel and proceed to the airport for your onward journey.
