Day 1 | Arrival in Leh – Embrace the Tranquility of the Himalayas

to the high altitudes of Ladakh. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk, soaking in the pristine beauty
around you. End your first day with a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 | Leh – Sham Valley – Alchi – Lamayuru – Kargil (215 Km, 6-7 Hrs)
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a scenic drive to Kargil. En route, visit
Sham Valley and the revered Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, located 25 miles from Leh. Marvel at the
Magnetic Hill illusion and the breathtaking Sangam of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. Explore the
ancient Alchi Monastery, known for its Indo-Himalayan wall paintings, and the enchanting Lamayuru
Monastery. Witness the surreal Moon Landscapes before proceeding to Kargil for an overnight stay.
Day 3 | Kargil – Drass – Leh (320 Km, 8-9 Hrs)
After an early breakfast, visit the Drass War Memorial, a solemn tribute to the heroes of the 1999
Kargil War. Continue your journey, stopping at the historic Mulbekh Monastery. Return to Leh by
evening and unwind at your hotel.
Day 4 | Leh Local Sightseeing – A Cultural Sojourn
Post breakfast, dive into Leh’s vibrant culture. Visit the iconic Hall of Fame, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace,
and bustling Leh Market. Immerse yourself in the rich history and serenity before returning to your
hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 | Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardung La (160 Km, 4-5 Hrs)
Begin your adventure with a drive through Khardung La, the world’s highest motorable pass. Explore
Diskit, the heart of Nubra Valley, and its ancient monastery dating back to the 14th century. End

Hanle’s historic significance and enjoy a cozy stay with locals at a guesthouse.
Day 8 | Hanle – Tso Moriri Lake (130 Km, 4-5 Hrs)
Set off to Tso Moriri Lake, crossing Nurpa Pass and Ya Ya Tso Lake. Arrive at Korzok village by the
lakeshore, a Ramsar wetland sanctuary and a haven for migratory birds. Take a leisurely evening

Day 9 | Tso Moriri – Tsokar – Leh (260 Km, 8-9 Hrs)
After breakfast, journey back to Leh, passing through Puga’s Sulphur Mine, Tsokar Lake, and the
mighty Tanglang La Pass, the world’s second-highest motorable road. Relish the breathtaking views
before concluding your day at your hotel in Leh.
Day 10 | Departure – Farewell to Ladakh
