Terms & Conditions for App/Portal Subscription
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use or subscribe to our services.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
- Trip Dekho offers various subscription plans, which may be updated or modified from time to time.
- Subscription pricing is clearly stated on the app/portal. You are responsible for understanding the costs associated with your chosen plan.
- All subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
3. Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are charged at the start of your chosen subscription period (monthly, yearly, etc.).
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription amount. If your payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is completed.
- Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation will allow access until the current billing cycle ends.
4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will last for the specified duration. After that, you will be automatically charged unless canceled before the trial ends.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds are not provided unless required by law, such as in cases of service failure or breach of contract.
6. Use of the App
- Your subscription gives you access to app services based on your selected plan.
- You agree to follow usage guidelines and not misuse the app or engage in prohibited activities.
- Trip Dekho reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of any violation of these Terms.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect your personal data. By using the app, you consent to data collection and use in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be shared through the app or email, and continued use constitutes your acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to app usage or subscription.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Jaipur.
